-sequel to Road to Damascus is finally taking shape. I have an outline, a beginning and an ending, and I'm going to estimate about 45k words in between.

-since comicsbigbang doesn't seem to be up and running this year, I'm writing for au_bigbang

-because I need a deadline.

-because writing pre-Crisis Jay hurts a lot, especially for this story, even if it's a good hurt, and I need a deadline to keep myself going.

-and encouragement, too. I usually write in a state of solitary desperation, but I may actually need people around to tell me I don't suck this time. -__-

-I should probably attempt to summarize, but summarization isn't happening.

-just. Dick, Tim and Jay as acrobats. strawberry blond Jay. whose aerialist parents *do* die, via Killer Croc, but in Florida, not Gotham, and Dick and Tim are there for it. that's part one. I leave you to speculate on how the rest will shake out.

-remember. this Bruce kills. and Tim is *Dick's* Robin. Bruce doesn't have anything like a Robin. yet.

-also, Steph. whose dad was killed by Bruce when she was a kid.

-and this may turn out to be Dick/Tim slash. I am so fucked up it is not even funny. Jessie, I totally blame you for making me think it. =P
