I love the DCAU. It was my first introduction to the Batman mythos, and still my favorite incarnation (though I adore comics Tim Drake and Kon-El, I think the DCAU is a tighter, more consistent universe overall). And, well, yes. KEVIN CONROY OMG!

Yes! I never much liked the character of Superman until S:TAS. But I liked him a great deal in that, and I loooved the S/B dynamic (to be honest, I discovered comics while searching for S/B fanfic ;).
The DCAU continuity has a lot to recommend it. One thing I really like is that they simply couldn't make the villains as horrific as in the comics...which makes the whole universe make a lot more sense, from Batman's refusal to kill to the fact that Arkham exists at all.
I don't know of any fics like that, but I would read the hell out of it if I found one. And then send it on to you. ^_^
